40 IT Companies Achieve ISO Certifications
PSEB has successfully certified 40 IT and IT-enabled Services (ITeS) companies under the globally recognized ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 standards. These certifications reinforce Pakistan’s commitment to data security, privacy management, and international compliance.

These certifications are expected to boost international client trust and elevate service quality across Pakistan’s tech sector.
8,600 Professionals Trained Under National IT Certification Program
Under the “Certification of IT Professionals” initiative, PSEB trained and certified 8,600 candidates nationwide. This program aims to enhance workforce skills and align Pakistan’s talent with global industry standards.

To uplift the customer support sector, PSEB has offered financial and technical support to 31 call centers for achieving ISO 18295 certification. This international standard ensures quality service, customer protection, and operational excellence.

These certifications will help Pakistan’s call centers improve service delivery for both domestic clients and global outsourcing contracts.
Pakistani IT Companies Enlisted on PSX GEM Board
PSEB is also working to increase the presence of tech companies on the GEM Board of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). The goal is to diversify funding options, strengthen the financial ecosystem, and improve investor confidence in Pakistan’s IT and ITeS sector.
Greater visibility on the PSX is expected to elevate global trust and highlight Pakistan’s tech potential to international investors.
25 New Software Technology Parks Established Nationwide
In a major infrastructure expansion, PSEB has established 25 Software Technology Parks (STPs) across Pakistan to support startups, SMEs, and established tech firms.
